BALBOA, Panama (Jun. 27, 2016) - Boatswain's Mate 3rd Class Chelsea Cowans, assigned to Assault Craft Unit 2 (ACU 2) aboard Harper's Ferry-class dock landing ship USS Oak Hill (LSD 51), explains the capabilities of various ACU 2 vehicles to Panamanian visitors during a tour of the ship. To commemorate the recent expansion of the Panama Canal, Oak Hill is conducting a port visit in Balboa and hosted a reception for local officials and diplomats from the U.S. and trade partners.
