Retired aircraft sit in the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Ariz., June 2. The AMARG, often called the "Boneyard," is a U.S. Air Force aircraft and missile storage and maintenance facility which takes care of more than 4,400 aircraft, making it the largest aircraft storage and preservation facility in the world.
