Col. Ronald A. Maul, the retiring commander of the 44th Medical Brigade, is awarded the Legion of Merit for his many years of service to the nation at Fort Bragg, N.C., April 21. Maul has served in uniform since 1977 in a career in which he has been with the active Army, the National Guard, and the U.S. Public Health Service.
