Maj. Gen. Greg Vadnais, adjutant general for the Michigan National Guard receives an update on operations Sunday from Staff Sgt. Shannah Erath, an equipment operator belonging to the 107th Engineer Battalion in a quarry near Ironwood, Michigan. Approximately 40 members of the 107th have been activated to repair sections of Lake Road that were damaged in last week’s heavy rains.
