PATUXENT RIVER, Md. (July 15, 2016) — Silas Dean, an intern with the Naval History and Heritage Command Underwater Archaeology Branch, enters the Patuxent River July 15 to assist in surveying areas of the river in search of Commodore Joshua Barney’s scuttled flotilla.
