GREAT LAKES, Ill. (July 20, 2016) – Manpower, Personnel, Training and Education Fleet Master Chief April Beldo talks with recruits at the Navy’s only boot camp, Recruit Training Command (RTC) here, July 20. Fleet Beldo and other fleet, force and command master chiefs were attending an Enlisted Board of Advisors (EBOA) Conference held at RTC. The conference, hosted by Naval Service Training Command in the USS Iowa RTC headquarters complex, was an opportunity for the master chiefs to return to the Navy’s only boot camp and observe current recruit training.
