William Rebiel, assigned to Fleet Anti-terrorism Security Team Pacific (FASTPAC) chases after a soccer ball during a friendly match between U.S. and Forsa Defesa Timor-Leste service members during Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Timor-Leste 2016. The focus of CARAT is developing maritime security capabilities and increasing interoperability among participants.
