Vice Adm. Harry B. Harris Jr., commander of the U.S. 6th Fleet (right), salutes with Cmdr. Dale Maxey, commanding officer of the USS Kauffman, a wreath that they placed at the Piskeryovske Memorial Cemetery in memory of the men and women of the Soviet Union who died fighting Nazi Germany during World War II. Harris and Kauffman's Sailors are in St. Petersburg to participate in the commemoration of the 65th anniversary of Victory in Europe Day.
