Vice Adm. Harry B. Harris Jr., commander of the U.S. 6th Fleet, has dinner onboard the Russian Cruiser Aurora, hosted by Russian Rear Adm. Alexander Fedotenkov, commanding officer of the Leningrad Naval Base. Harris is in St. Petersburg to participate in the commemoration of the 65th anniversary of Victory in Europe Day.
