Mark Clookie, director of Naval Criminal Investigative Service, pays his respects to a fallen NCIS agent at the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial. NCIS and Marine Corps law enforcement personnel conduct an annual wreath laying ceremony at the memorial during National Police Week in May to remember those who have died in the line of duty.
