Hospital Corpsman 1st Class (HM1) Samantha Clark and Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Joseph Muniz with I Marine Expeditionary Force Headquarters Group (I MHG) treat a simulated casualty at an expeditionary aid station during a mass-casualty drill as part of the I Marine Expeditionary Force Large Scale Exercise 2016 at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Aug.16, 2016. The corpsmen trained with the Marines to be prepared for future real life situations in which they may have to deal with multiple casualties at the time. Large Scale Exercise 2016 (LSE-16) simulates the planning, deployment and combat operations of a Marine Expeditionary Force level composed of more than 50,000 members and a partner country, while working with coalition forces.
