ARABIAN GULF (Aug. 15, 2016) From left to right, the U.S. Coast Guard Island-class patrol cutters USCGC Monomoy (WPB 1326) and USCGC Wrangell (WPB 1332), the U.S. Navy Cyclone-class coastal patrol ship USS Monsoon (PC 4), the Iraqi navy Swift Boat (P-311) and the Iraqi navy Al Basra-class offshore support vessel Al Basra (OSV 401) transit the Arabian Gulf with the U.S. Navy guided-missile destroyer USS Stout (DDG 55), not shown, as part of a Commander, Task Force 55 bilateral exercise.
