Tech. Sgt. Rickey Schaefer, a structural journeyman with the 556th RED HORSE, surveys the project area as his wingmen renovate the softball field press box at Hurlburt Field Fla., Sept. 13, 2016. The team of craftsman, a blend of reservists from the 556th and 1st Special Operations Civil Engineering Squadron Airmen, renovated the building using funds from the Installation Excellence Award.
