U.S. Marine Staff Sgt. Joseph Ross sprays a Mongolian Armed Forces soldiers with oleoresin capsicum during Non-Lethal Weapons Executive Seminar (NOLES) 2016 at the Five Hills Training Area, Mongolia, Sept. 17, 2016. Ross is a platoon sergeant with 1st Platoon, A Company, 3rd Law Enforcement Battalion, III Marine Expeditionary Force. Mongolian soldiers and National Police were exposed to oleoresin capsicum spray and had to complete a five-level circuit course.
