160908-N-JK586-003 STENNIS SPACE CENTER, Miss. – International students participating in the Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School’s Outboard Motor Maintenance and Overhaul course at the John C. Stennis Space Center in Mississippi, work on a motor during practical exercises. OBM is an eight-week course of instruction that provides personnel with the basic skills to maintain and repair marine outboard engines.
