SASEBO, Japan (Sept. 22, 2016) Gunner’s Mates 3rd Class Javon McCloud and Keith Oliver, assigned to the guided-missile destroyer USS Spruance (DDG 111), monitor surface vessel activity while pulling into port, Sasebo, Japan, Sept. 22, 2016.
