    Lt. Jeremy Steffen, a pilot assigned to Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron 26 Detachment 1 "Desert Hawks," performs a pre-flight inspection on an MH-60S Knighthawk. Steffen, who has been with the "Desert Hawks" since February of 2010, recently achieved a 500 flight-hour milestone and is training to become an aircraft commander.
