    A U.S. Soldier, competing in the U.S. Army 2016 Best Warrior Competition (BWC), conducts a 12-mile ruck march on Day Four of the competition at Fort A.P. Hill, Va., Sept. 29, 2016. The competiton is a weeklong event that tests the skills, knowledge and professionalism of 20 Soldiers, representing the 10 major commands Army-wide, who earned the opportunity to compete for Noncommissioned Officer of the Year and Soldier of the Year.
