Col. Kenyon Bell, 76th Aircraft Maintenance Group commander, addresses the media Sept. 27, before “Ghost Rider” left Tinker Air Force Base for Minot AFB, N.D. “Ghost Rider,” a B-52H Stratofortress that was pulled from long-term storage at the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group at Davis-Monthan AFB, Ariz., arrived at Tinker Air Force Base in December 2015.
