PACIFIC OCEAN (Oct. 2, 2016) – An MH-60R SEAHAWK assigned to USS Shoup (DDG 86) deploys flares to signal the location of a high speed maneuvering surface target during a Surface Warfare Advanced Tactical Training (SWATT) exercise in the Southern California operating area.
