NORFOLK (Oct. 7, 2016) – Sailors on the pier assist in mooring amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7) at Naval Station Norfolk. Iwo Jima is moored pierside to onload more than 500 Marines from the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit and nearly 300 pallets of supplies.
