Carlos Effiogalvez, from New York City, both bulk fuel specialists with Bulk Fuel Company, 7th Engineer Support Battalion, operate valves to control the water flow into a 50,000 gallon bag during the bulk fuel Marine Corps Combat Readiness Evaluation on Camp Pendleton, Calif., Oct. 12, 2016.
