Indianapolis Pacer's basketball team Mascot Boomer go-cart races with Julie Proctor at the third annual Proctor Park Community Celebration in Whiteland, Ind., June 19. The event was in remembrance and honor of the late, Sgt. Joseph Proctor, a New Whiteland native who made the ultimate sacrifice, May 3, 2006 in Ramadi, Iraq.
