Tadjoura, Djibouti – Civil Affairs Soldiers and more than 200 Djiboutians attended the eradication of female genital mutilation conference here on October 26, 2017. The practice of female genital mutilation causes serious medical complications for women and is currently banned by the Djiboutian government.
