Retired Army Maj. Mathew J. Bailey boards the bus for New Bern, N.C., Friday morning, July 9. The buses that work the line are equipped with satellite TV, WiFi, a bathroom and large storage spaces. They visit each stop four times daily, running one morning route and one evening route from New Bern to Havelock to Morehead City and back.
