STENNIS SPACE CENTER, Miss. – International students participating in the Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School’s Outboard Motor Maintenance and Overhaul course conduct practical exercises in overhauling an outboard motor. OBM is an eight-week course that provides personnel with the basic skills to maintain and repair marine outboard engines. NAVSCIATTS, which is located at the John C. Stennis Space Center in Mississippi, falls under Naval Special Warfare Group 4 and is a Security Cooperation schoolhouse operating under the United States Special Operations Command in support of Foreign Security Assistance and the geographic commander’s Theater Security Cooperation.
