Olguin and the Soldiers are with the 1041st Engineer Company, Wyoming Army National Guard. The 1041st is fielding the Improved Ribbon Bridge, which can carry a heavy equipment transport loaded with an M1A2 Abrams tank. The 1041st is based in armories in the Wyoming cities of Rock Springs, Evanston and Afton.
