Members of the Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton Decontamination Incident Response Team wash a patient during exercise Vector West. The exercise tested the hospital’s command center as well as assessed its ability to perform secondary decontamination and establish security entry control points to the hospital in the event of a mass casualty disaster.
