Light traffic is allowed to resume on the recently repaired Behsood Bridge in Jalalabad in eastern Afghanistan’s Nangarhar province, July 28. The repair was fully funded by the Afghan government and completed by Afghan workers. The bridge is a primary route for residents travelling to and from southern and northern Jalalabad. It is also an important route for coalition forces in reaching northern districts in Nangarhar and other northern provinces.
