Steven Jarvis, a range target technician at Camp Atterbury Joint Maneuver Training Center supervises inmates at Edinburgh Correctional Facility, Ind., as they cut grass, part of their job learning skills for their work group program Aug. 20. The work group program is designed to give offenders job skills to help them find work when they complete their time. Alcon is scheduled to be released in Oct., 2010, and has been in the program for about four months.
