1st Sgt. Anthony J. Todaro of Headquarters, Headquarters Company, 16th Military Police Brigade (Airborne), receives an American flag during his retirement ceremony conducted Tuesday, Aug. 31, on Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Todaro, a native of Greensburg, Pa., enlisted in the Army in July of 1990 and will continue his service to the United States by working with the U.S. military as a civilian.
