U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Olympia Rios of the 1st Brigade, 1st Armored Division at Fort Bliss, Texas was awarded first place in the Fort Bliss Career Counselor of the Year Competition by the Post Command Sgt. Maj. David S. Davenport, Sept. 9. SFC Rios of Corpus Christi, Texas, joined the Army in 1994 as an Aircraft Armament Missile Systems Repairer and became a Career Counselor in 2005.
