Marine officers fill part of a dining facility here Sept. 14 as Maj. Brian Mulvihill, branch head of ground combat arms for Manpower Management Officer Assignments, briefs them on what the MMOA road show is, how it benefits them and what questions the road show can help officers answer. About 100 Marine officers showed up for the brief, which was also given at several other forward operating bases in Helmand province as the 2010 MMOA road show brought the officers’ monitors straight to their doorsteps for one-on-one attention.
