Sgt. Dustin Letourneau, a parachute rigger with 1st Recon Battalion, 1st Marine Division, 26, from Willmar, Minn., ties up a container delivery system of bottled water at Camp Bastion, Afghanistan, Sept. 8. Container delivery systems are supplies bundled and rigged to a parachute and later dropped from an aircraft to Marines at forward operating bases. Since arriving in Afghanistan in March, the Marines have air delivered more than 1.2 million pounds of supplies.
