Sgt. 1st Class Samuel Bloom scores participants in the Occupational Physical Assessment Test, or OPAT, Feb. 10 in Cheyenne. All of the Wyoming Army National Guard's fulltime senior leadership took the test that is given to all recruits to assess their fitness for military occupational specialties.
