MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. – MTVR 7-ton trucks land ashore after being transported on a Navy Landing Craft Air Cushion from Navy Assault Craft Unit 5 off the USS Pearl Harbor (LSD-52) during the PHIBRON-MEU integration training at Camp Pendleton, April 5, 2017. This first at-sea exercise provides the Marines the opportunity to practice integrating with their Navy counterparts to form an efficient team capable of accomplishing a range of missions around the globe. This Navy-Marine Corps team supports combatant commanders in maintaining regional maritime security and stability while providing offshore options to deter, influence and win in an era of uncertainty.
