MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. – A Landing Craft Air Cushion belonging to Navy Assault Craft Unit 5 lands ashore after departing from the USS Pearl Harbor (LSD-52) during PHIBRON-MEU integration training at Camp Pendleton, April. 5, 2017. The LCAC brought Marines and ground logistics from ship-to-shore to enhance collateral interoperability during the two-week exercise. This Navy-Marine Corps team supports combatant commanders in maintaining regional maritime security and stability while providing offshore options to deter, influence and win in an era of uncertainty.
