MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. – Cpl. Marlon Diokno a motor transportation operator with Combat Logistics Battalion 15, 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit, loosens a screw from a turret station during PHIBRON-MEU integrated training at Camp Pendleton, April 9, 2017. This first at-sea exercise provides the Marines the opportunity to practice integrating with their Navy counterparts to form an efficient team capable of accomplishing a range of missions around the globe. This Navy-Marine Corps team supports combatant commanders in maintaining regional maritime security and stability while providing offshore options to deter influence and win in an era of uncertainty.
