An MH-65 Dolphin helicopter aircrew from Coast Guard Air Station New Orleans medevaced a 60-year-old man who was experiencing stroke-like symptoms approximately 4 nautical miles south of Atchafalaya Bay, Louisiana, April 18, 2017.
