U.S. Army Soldiers from the 127th Area Support Medical Company based out of Mobile, Alabama, remove a simulated patient from a UH-60 Blackhawk as part of a training scenario during Beyond the Horizon in Belize on April 13, 2017. A 1st Battalion, 150th Aviation Regiment Blackhawk crew, from Trenton, New Jersey, transported the medics and scenario-based casualty during the casualty evacuation exercise. BTH 2017 is a U.S.-Belize partnership exercise designed to improve health and educational facilities as well as provide free health care and healthcare education in the three districts of Cayo, Stann Creek and Belize.
