Rear Adm. Robert Kamensky, vice commander of Submarine Force, looks over the physics work of a Navy Junior ROTC freshman cadet at Hyman G. Rickover Naval Academy. Rickover is a naval high school academy with more than 400 Navy Junior ROTC cadets. Kamensky visited Rickover as part of the Chicago Public School's Principal for a Day program.
