Harris is the noncommissioned officer in charge of the 81st Regional Support Command's SRP team and has been working with the team for two years. The 81st RSC provides base operations support and other services as directed by HQs, U.S. Army Reserve Command to customers in nine southeastern states and Puerto Rico, to enable the Army Reserve to meet global requirements across the full spectrum of operations.
