Members of U.S. Coast Guard Tactical Law Enforcement Detachment 404 provide care to a simulated victim during Tactical Combat Casualty Care training aboard USS Princeton (CG 59). Princeton is assigned to Combined Task Force 151, a multinational task force established in January 2009 to conduct counter-piracy operations in
and around the Gulf of Aden and Somali Basin. CTF 151 is currently commanded by Turkish Navy Rear Adm. Sinan Ertugrul.
