U.S. Air Force members of the New York Air National Guard's 174th Attack
Wing based in Syracuse, N.Y. provide support to the residents of Sodus
Point, N.Y. May 9, 2017. The 20 Airmen filled sandbags by hand at the Town
of Williamson Highway Department in Williamson, N.Y. as part of the state's
emergency response to the shoreline threat of flooding from rising waters on
Lake Ontario. The group provided filling, bagging, stacking, and palletizing
of sandbags for emergency response to residential areas hardest hit by
flooding. The 174th Attack Wing Airmen have generated over six thousand
sandbags for Williamson, N.Y. (U.S. Air National Guard photo by Master Sgt.
