An Imam of Wahida, Iraq, listens to members of the council of Wahida during their weekly meeting, which addressed concerns of the community Dec. 10. The council (nahia) is the local governing body of the Wahida community and is trying to improve its people's quality of life by reconnecting to the ministries in Baghdad.
