U.S. Navy, Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 18 and 40, Seabees and a U.S. Army, 864th Engineer Battalion, 557th Engineer Company, soldier operate heavy construction equipment in unison to remove rubble from a demolished buillding at the Russian Silo Combat Outpost, Afghanistan. The COP is the futures site of a 10 mega watt power plant intended to provide electricity to the western side of Kandahar, Afghanistan.
