U.S. Navy, Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 18 and 40, Seabees and U.S. Army, 864th Engineer Battalion, 557th Engineer Company, soldiers spread gravel at the Russian Silo Combat Outpost, Afghanistan. The COP is the future site of a 10 mega watt power plant intended to provide electricity to the western side of Kandahar, Afghanistan. The Gravel also helps to filter out dust found throughout the COP.
