Lt. Gen. David Rodriguez, Commander of the International Security Assistance Force Joint Command addressed the 1-101 Field Artillery Regiment, Massachussetts Army National Guard, and the 1-134 Cavalry, Nebraska National Guard at Camp Phoenix on Nov. 29. The purpose of his visit was to recognize the accomplishments and work of the 101st and provide Commander's guidance for the 134th who is taking over for the 101st. Rodriguez said, "Your tour here has been a great success. You showed the way not only for Kabul, but for the rest of the country. To each and everyone one of you, thank you very much."
