Flags from nine different countries are raised during the Main Ceremony for D-Day 73 June 6, 2017, at Utah Beach in Sainte Marie Du Mont, France. This ceremony culminates commemoration of the 73rd anniversary of D-Day, the largest multi-national amphibious landing and operational military airdrop in history, and highlights the U.S.' steadfast commitment to European allies and partners.
