Sgt. 1st Class Henry Reyna, a San Antonio native with the 4th Infantry Division Special Troops Battalion band, currently tasked with running the education center on Contingency Operating Base Speicher hands the alternate flight aptitude selection test booklet to Cpl. Mark Shinn, a U.S. Army Aviation Program candidate, prior to the exam beginning, COB Speicher, Iraq, Friday, Nov. 19. There are seven subtests that make up the AFAST test, those being tested took subtest five, the cyclic orientation exam. Shinn is a 11C, Infantry mortarman, with 1st Battalion, 27th Infantry Regiment, who is working toward his acceptance into the Army Aviation Program.
